Singapore's largest integrated healthcare development reimagines care delivery through a seamless ecosystem of acute, community, outpatient and long-term care services. This case study examines how the project's vision of person-centred, nature-integrated healthcare was translated from planning & design through construction and commissioning and evaluates its outcomes using the Total Building Performance framework.

One integrated site linking acute hospital, community hospital, specialist clinics and long-term care so that a patient's journey stays inside a single ecosystem of preventive care.

Singapore's first hospital planned around a purpose-built parkland, with gardens used as clinical and social infrastructure rather than decoration.

Low-energy tropical performance

Green Mark Platinum ambition pursued through massing, shading, chilled-water plant efficiency and heat-recovery rather than bolt-on technology.

Productivity in delivery

High buildability through DfMA, prefabricated bathroom units and prefabricated MEP, coordinated on a federated BIM model.

Future-ready operations

Smart hospital systems, automated logistics and standardised, adaptable ward modules that can be re-purposed as care models change.
